Our Approach

Our programs: At Colorado Immigrant women Initiative (CIWI), integration is defined as the process by which Immigrants Women , Secondary Migrated Women and the local society work together to build a strong and vibrant community that assists Women in needs to adjust to daly needs and life. We strongly believe that one of the ways to achieve Women's integration is to raise the level of service offered to assist Immigrant Women through collaborative efforts, intervention, trainings and cultural awareness.

Our mission is to empower and strengthen the hands of Colorado Immigrant Women to enable them to identify their strengths and appreciate their value.

OUR COMMITMENT

Conduct regular and sustained community outreach and need assessment programs to determine and strengthen the need the Colorado immigrants Women's.

Conduct cross-cultural and skill training to create awareness regarding Colorado Immigrant Women's empowerment, social integration and community building.

Assist Colorado Immigrant Women to identify their values and create a sense of belonging in Colorado.
