About Us
Colorado Immigrant Women Initiative was established in the State of Colorado on February 19, 2024, by Mrs Roselyne A.K. and some committed immigrants women leaders with diverse cultural and traditional backgrounds from the nearly 40 ethnic immigrant minority community-based organizations established and operating in Colorado, USA.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower and strengthen the hands of Colorado Immigrant Women to enable them to identify their strengths and appreciate their value.
OUR GOALS
• Conduct advocacy and ensure economic/social integration programs and services to aid Colorado immigrant women to lead healthy and self-fulfilling lives.
• Create sustained Immigrant women oriented and women- driven community integration and empowerment programs and services to benefit immigrant women.
• Immigrant women will ensure and execute its projects using key women empowerment approaches that are immigrant women-led and immigrants women-served.
• Solidify the structure of Colorado Immigrant Women Initiative (CIWI) in Colorado to create timely community integration and self-empowerment programs for Colorado immigrant women.
